She conceived the idea, designed every screen, wrote the judging logic and shipped the entire platform with no laptop and no funding, learning coding, LLMs and product design as she built.

In too many Indian disputes, the outcome tracks the size of the wallet, not the strength of the argument. Navya kept seeing people who were right and still lost — because they could not afford to be heard. Aegis.AI began as her answer to that.
She wrote the judging brief herself: score only evidence, logic, relevance and honesty; never infer wealth, caste, status, gender or influence. Every round is scored out of ten, in the open, with written reasons — so the reasoning can be challenged, not hidden.
No laptop. No funding. No team. Navya learned coding, LLMs and product design as she went, using free online tools, borrowed devices and every free hour she could find. Aegis.AI exists because she refused to wait until she had 'the right setup'.
Because legal fights burn people out, she added the Calm Zone: 4-7-8 breathing, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, a private worry dump, a quiet timer and muscle relaxation. Most builders ship the feature. She shipped the person behind it too.
Aegis.AI is being built with the guidance and support of Navya's parents and guardians. She is now looking for mentors, a calm workspace, and small supporters who believe justice should not require a rich voice.
